Spatial Business Systems (SBS), a leader in intelligent design solutions for utility networks, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bonnie Castle as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.Bonnie brings over 14 years of extensive financial experience, specializing in the software, SaaS, and tech-enabled business services industries.

In her new role, Bonnie will lead SBS’s finance and administrative operations, overseeing critical functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, corporate administration, and treasury. Her expertise and strategic insight will play a vital role in driving the company’s continued growth and financial success.

Bonnie spent a decade with PwC’s Deals Practice, where she advised clients on complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives. Most recently, she served as CFO of ButlerWood, where she was instrumental in optimizing financial processes and supporting key business transformations.

Bonnie holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
